Automatic Webhook Subscription Disabling

Webhook subscriptions are now automatically disabled after failing to deliver for 2 weeks. They can be re-enabled in the Dashboard. If the next delivery attempt fails again, the subscription is immediately disabled again. Ensure your endpoint returns a 2XX status code to acknowledge receipt.
