Remote Data in GraphQL

Remote Data in GraphQL is now generally available, allowing access to raw provider data (MX, Plaid, Fingoal) directly in GraphQL queries in addition to the server-to-server REST API.

Simplified OAuth Redirects

OAuth redirects are now routed through a universal https://*.callback.quiltt.io URL registered with Plaid and MX, eliminating redirect configuration drift and simplifying OAuth setup for all providers.
